The costume actually can be worn without the wings, and I have occasionally done so. Personally, I like the wings, but to each his own.

It would actually be an order of magnitude easier to ship without the wings as well. :>

You know, I've yet to actually use it for Hallowe'en, at the haunt I volunteer at every year. I've viewed it, largely, as too valuable to put into a risky environment like that, but as he's a couple years old now, I may consider it this year.

The immense amount of detail put into the suit looks like it paid off quite well. I think I've seen you before, though. Were you at AC '06 or '07?
